One address, read by a person. There is no contact form, because a form would mean storing your details and this site deliberately stores nothing.
We read everything. We answer technical questions and error reports first.
What is worth writing about
- A calculation looks wrong
- The most useful message we can get. Send the exact inputs you used, the result you got and the result you expected. If it is a bug it gets fixed and the methodology page updates with it.
- A calculator you want built
- Tell us the decision you are stuck on and what you are sizing. Requests that describe a real problem carry a lot of weight in what gets built next.
- A question about the method
- Which table a value came from, why a correction factor applied, why the result disagrees with another tool. Happy to explain any of it.
What we cannot do
We cannot design your system, review your plan set, or tell you whether a specific installation will pass inspection. Those are jobs for a licensed electrician or engineer who can see the site and knows what your jurisdiction enforces. What we can do is explain exactly how a result was produced so that you and your electrician are looking at the same arithmetic.
